Das Chalet Söni mit Garage befindet sich in fantastischer Lage mitten im Skigebiet. Zu Fuss sind es 3 Minuten zu den Liften und zur Skischule. Auf den Skiern können Sie direkt von der Piste vor dass Haus fahren.
Das Söni hat einen wunderbaren Blick von allen Seiten auf die Berge. Das Haus stammt von meiner Mutter. Auch ich verbringe immer wieder Zeit darin. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem offenen Kamin. Im Parterre befindet sich ein Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer. Dazu gehört eine Dusche mit WC. Daneben befindet sich ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, wo man auch Skisachen ablegen kann.
Der erste Stock ist ganz aus Holz . Der offene Wohnraum mit kleiner Küche und Esseck erstreckt sich über den ganzen Stock, was eine besonders gemütliche und großzügige Atmosphäre schafft. Zudem besonnt von drei Seiten! Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden. Auf der gleichen Etage befindet sich das Eltern Schlafzimmer, daneben Bad und WC.
Ein Balkon mit Tisch und Bank schafft ein gemütliches Sonnenplätzchen mit Aussicht nach Süden auf den Schafrücken und das Skigebiet.
Das Haus liegt am Ende eines Privatweges. Als Nachbarn gibt es 3 Häuser, die auch zu unserer Familie gehören. Sie werden nicht durch Autos belästigt und Kinder können in Ruhe im Schnee spielen.

The Chalet Söni is in a fantastic location in the middle of the ski area. It is a 3-minute walk to the lifts and the ski school. You can ski directly from the slopes in front of the house.
The Söni has a wonderful view of the mountains from all sides. The house is given over from my mother. I always loved being here. It is comfortably furnished with an open fireplace. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a single room. This includes a shower with a toilet. Next to it is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, where you can also store your ski equipment.
The first floor is made entirely of wood. The open living room with a little kitchen and an dining place extends over the entire floor which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. Strong WiFi is available. On the same floor there is the parents' bedroom with a bathroom and toilet.
A balcony with a table and bench creates a cozy spot in the sun with a view towards south to the "sheep's back".
The house is at the end of a
private road. As neighbors there are 3 houses that also belong to our family. You are not bothered by cars and children can play in the snow in peace.
